Eleven of us\u00a0from IAVA<\/a><\/span> have been working towards \u00a0Feast<\/strong> <\/em><\/span>– a major group show at the beautiful Belconnen Arts Centre.<\/a><\/span> It’s a lovely space right by Lake Ginninderra in Canberra.<\/p>\n

Participating artists are: Melissa Ritchie, Arja Valimaki, Mary Wingrave, Paula Gowans, Libby Bloxham, Deb Redwood, Jennifer Jackson, Liz Jeneid, Susan Macalister, Virginia Settre and myself.<\/p>\n

Apart from the exhibition itself, we’re running a Workshop on Sunday July 2. ‘Tastes Great!’ is a workshop \u00a0that examines the ingredients for making powerful artworks. \u00a0$90, bookings contact\u00a0the Arts Centre 02 6173 3300 or\u00a0info@belconnenartscentre.com.au<\/a><\/p>\n

An artists’ talk on Sunday July 9 \u00a0from 11am lets you hear from the artists themselves, who’ll discuss aspects of their practice.<\/p>\n
